Our customers often have a problem finding a cost-effective method of producing a small batch of products. Injection molding often turns out to be cost-effective only for batches larger than 10,000 – 100,000 pieces. What to do if you need to produce 50, 100 or 500 pieces of a product with the lowest possible cost? The answer is low-volume production, also known as: short-run, low-run, or low-volume production. Depending on the size of the batch and the expectations related to the properties of the final product, we will advise on which production technique to use.
